Episode 5 leaves Earth behind and returns to the ARKS universe. Starting from the end of Episode 3, at which Persona is trapped in a time loop using the Profound Darkness, the heroes, you and Matoi, try to break Persona out. An anomaly occurs, and you end up in a brand new world named Omega located in a black hole using new and old characters combating corruption once again. Omega was created with dream in mind. There are castles, dragons, siege-like quests and kingdoms all surrounded by something that they call magical, but players will realize as photons. It sounds like another detour from the initial few Episodes, however it comes back around to events with Oracle, and a lot of the lore is clarified. Simply make your way throughout the narrative to learn.

Buster Quests are a very important part of Episode 5, with lots of the narrative's battle quests using their mechanics. These new quests are also available at the pursuit counter and can be carried out with the eight-player multiparty. They're very similar to this Apprentice Urgent Quest, where gamers must work together to safeguard towers from oncoming enemies. However, there are lots of new mechanics which make this fresh with how it is more siege-like. After protecting the towers, weapons are deployed and need to be shielded to breach the castle at the other end of the area. Once it's breached, everyone has to make their way to the boss -- that the castle itself. Buster Quests get gradually more challenging as their level can be built up such as Extreme Quests. Of course, new quests mean new things, however there are also new medals to be got and a new store to go along with them.

There is plenty of new content with Episode 5 to help keep players busy, and the story is back to being centered around ARKS and fighting the Dark Falz. Alongside these exciting new features, new items and Scratch Tickets will also be out, and new Urgent Quests will be on how to freshen things up in PSO2.

Sega mentioned that gathering and crafting would be getting an overhaul, and while we didn't get a look at crafting, we did see just how much nicer it would be to snag items within the field. Gathering can be done on the fly, similar to Dragon Hunter: World. Get close to a product, and tap a button. Fruit can be picked in trees, you will find new docile creatures that may be searched for meat and other things and healing items can be seen throughout the land as green luminous indicators called Resta Signals. It's a lot more intuitive than the present game.

It is About Time Nintendo Switch Oline Added All these Classic Games. Combat is very like PSO2's current combat system, down to the firearms, Photon Arts and Photon Blasts. It's just faster, more portable and smoother. You will find no longer Perfect Attacks; rather, it is more like modern action games with combos and counterattacks. Dodging and obstructing is liquid for all classes too. Certain classes may see a difference in drama.
